Symphony of Sound is pleased to announce the second annual “North Rocks The Bay Festival” following last year’s highly successful event featuring Blue Rodeo, Colin James & Hedley which drew back record crowds to the Waterfront and received critical acclaim from city officials and fans alike. The festival will take place on July 31- August 2.

This year Symphony of Sound is pulling out all the stops and bringing North Rocks The Bay to the next level.
Saturday August 1, 2009 will feature the titans of Canadian Music – “The Tragically Hip” with special guests “The Skydiggers” and “Attack in Black”.
Legendary Canadian band The Tragically Hip, after more than a decade, is returning to North Bay in support of their brand new album We Are The Same at the Waterfront on August 1st at 9:30pm.
