Yes! Employment Services Inc. (Nipissing) through its Youth Training Trust Fund (YTTF) will once again be awarding 10 bursaries of $300 each to area youth who have made special career achievements over the past year. These bursaries are for students, young workers or young entrepreneurs (up to 29 years of age) who face significant challenges and have had to overcome, or will have to overcome, one or more obstacles to realize their career goal or start on the journey towards their career path.

Young people who would like to apply for this bursary should submit a 200 word essay that includes a short autobiography, identification of their chosen career path, challenges they have or will have to surmount and a description of how this bursary will assist in the attainment of their career goal.

All submissions will be rated on the following criteria:
1. The challenges are significant and clearly described.
2. The plans to reach the stated goals are clearly identified and mapped out
3. The use for the bursary is identified
4. The essay speaks clearly of the chosen career path

All essays should be mailed, faxed or e-mailed by April 17, 2009 to:
