Robbers hit Mac’s on Cassells

On the 6th of April shortly after 2 AM it is alleged that 2 men attended Mac’s convenience Store in the 600 block of Cassells St. and produced a hand gun, threatened the lone female clerk and demanded money and cigarettes.
The clerk complied and while one of the males stuffed the cigarettes in a red duffel bag the other held the gun at the clerk.

The suspects are described as the following:
1-male white, 5’8, 150 lbs., late teens to early twenties, and wore a dark jacket with yellow upper sleeves. He also wore a red and white bandana, baseball cap and black fingerless gloves.

2-male, unknown race, in his late teens to early twenties and wore a red pullover covering his head as well as jeans.
They fled the area in an unknown direction. The North Bay Police Emergency Response Team as well as the Ontario Provincial Police K-9 unit attended the scene.

It should also be mentioned that a video is presently being examined by the investigators and there is a possibility of it being released to the media.
