North Bay inventor Troy Hurtubise is on a mission that will take him a step away from his invention floor. Moved by the sacrifices made by the men and women of Canada’s military Hurtubise is about to embark on a journey that will pay homage to the 116 fallen soldiers.

Beginning March 31st at 9:00 AM at the corner of Seymour at the Bypass Hurtubise will depart North Bay and walk 1 hour (consecutively) for every one of the 116 soldiers who have fallen in Afghanistan.

At the top of every hour during the journey he will plant a blessed commutative tag on the shoulder of the highway. Each flag will have a soldiers name written on it as a memorial.

Check out his Youtube message.
