Search warrant delivers a successful drug bust

North Bay Street Crime unit, assisted by other sections of the North Bay Police executed a Search Warrant at a residence, March 18 at approximately 5:00 pm, and arrested a 25-year-old male alleged to be in possession of approximately $7800.00 in narcotics at that residence in the 300 Block of Mulligan Street.

D/Cst. McFarlane of the street crime unit investigated and seized 380 grams of marihuana, 6.7 grams of hashish, cash and drug paraphenalia.

Ted Craven, age 25 of Mulligan Street in North Bay is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Narcotics, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. He has been released with a court date of April 28, 2009.
