Sault Ste Marie OPP advise the public that as of 1:45pm Hwy 17 from Echo Bay to St Joseph’s Island and Hwy 17 from Batchewana to Wawa is closed due to weather.

Hwy 17 from St Joseph’s Island to Thessalon is open.

OPP advise the public that as of 11:49 AM Hwy 17 West side of Bruce Mines to Echo Bay is closed to due weather conditions.

Estimated duration of closure is unknown and there is no detour at this time.
