On the 28th of Feb. shortly after 4 PM citizens saw a man using a magic marker on various Canada post mail boxes in the area of Gormanville and Jane Streets. The North Bay Police was called and Cst. Steve Trahan attended.
Shortly after, the officer arrested a 20 year old male within a residence.
He is charged with Mischief and is to attend court on the 14th of April.
