Near North Board and Occasional Teachers ratify contract

The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation District #4 Occasional Teachers’ and the Near North District School Board have ratified a four-year collective agreement. The contract was ratified by the Board, at its regular meeting January 27 and by the membership today.

Both parties are pleased with the agreement. The Near North District School Board has approximately 240 occasional secondary teachers who belong to OSSTF District #4 in secondary schools in the districts of Nipissing and Parry Sound.
