Organisers with Easter Seals say the local annual Penny Power Campaign was a huge success this year.

Penny Power for Easter Seals Kids is a coin drive run at local schools with a purpose that educates school children about the value of one - the power of many. Students are asked to bring coins to their class where they are collected in a container supplied by Easter Seals.

The students at Sacred Heart School participated in the annual event raising the most money per capita, and therefore won the prize of a colour printer donated by Staples store manager Dan Guenette.
