High Street man charged with theft

North Bay Police News Release ******************* On the 26th of Jan. during the afternoon hours it is alleged that a motor vehicle was stolen from a fast food restaurant on Cassells St. This vehicle had been left running with the doors unlocked.

On the 26th of Jan. during the afternoon hours it is alleged that a motor vehicle was stolen from a fast food restaurant on Cassells St. This vehicle had been left running with the doors unlocked.

Later that evening a man turned himself in to Csts. John Cook and Anthony Corrente of the North Bay Police.

Christopher BENNETT 27 years old of High St. is charged with 2 counts of Theft Over and 2 counts of Breach of Probation. He is being held in custody for a bail hearing.
