North Bay OPP is seeking the assistance of anyone who may have witnessed a motor vehicle collision which occurred on Tuesday, January 13th, 2009 at approximately 3:15 p.m. The collision took place on the bypass.

A brown Venture mini van which was approaching the rear of another mini van (local cab company) facing south at the intersection of Seymour and Highway 11 was unable to make a complete stop. The Venture van then veered right and into the straight thru lane scraping the side of a dark coloured Honda CRV. The brown Venture van then proceeded through the lights making a left turn on Seymour Street.

Police are seeking the person who provided assistance to the driver of the Honda CRV as well as the driver of a local cab company.
