Discovery North Bay Museum is offering a PD Day Program titled 'Winter Wonderland'

9:00am to 4:00pm

Details:
Children age 5-12 are invited to participate. The program starts at 9:00am and ends at 4:00pm; however, extended care is available.

During the morning the kids will take part in a discussion of animals, including habitats, the environment as well as how animals react to winter. The kids will construct their own pinecone bird feeders, as well as animal themed crafts. Parents are instructed to pack a small peanut free snack and lunch for their child for the day.

During the afternoon the kids will learn about, and discuss weather and the seasons. There will also be winter themed games, as well as weather themed crafts.

Cost: $25 per child for existing members of the museum
$30 per child for non-members
2 or more children receive a 15% discount
Extended care morning (8:00am) $10 extra
Extended care afternoon (5:00 pm) $10 extra
