Crashes caused by impaired drivers is a needless crime.

MADD Canada and MADD Nipissing would like young minds to think about this subject. We encourage young people to participate in our annual Poster and Writing contest. It is the 11th year that the Nipissing MADD Chapter is presenting this contest.
This contest allows young minds to express their concerns about impaired driving in a creative way.

We send out information to all our schools but due to their enlarged curriculum or the amount of mail they receive we often do not get a good response. Youth group leaders, home school teachers, Oxford Learning teachers….here is a way to get youth thinking.

There are two age groups:

1) 10 and under

2) 11 to 14.

We have great prizes – last year the 1st prize winner received an IPOD. The deadline to send in the entries is April 17 2009.

The theme this year is: You have the POWER to stop impaired driving!
