On the 23rd of Dec. while delivering food/gift baskets, two female individuals removed various food vouchers from the baskets they had been delivering.

These two females had also applied successfully for baskets of their own.

Organizers of the Santa Fund quickly became aware of this situation and cancelled the vouchers so that they could not be tendered.

All basket recipients all had their coupons replaced due to the tracking system that was employed by the Santa Fund.
Both females are charged with 10 counts of Theft, and one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Uttering a Forged Document.

Both are to appear in court at a later date.

Charged are:

Katherine TRAHAN 33 years old of Little Down Lane

Sylvie COOPER 36 years old of Douglas St.
