Man tries to run down family friend

On the 31st of Dec. at approximately 3:30 PM it is alleged that a man was driving a teenager within the city. This man was a family friend and an argument ensued, whereupon it is further alleged that this male driver tried to punch the male teenager. The victim, then got out of the vehicle and when doing so was struck by the vehicle as it drove onto the sidewalk.

Cst. Dave Wilson of the North Bay Police received the call and arrested a male suspect in relation to this incident.
William DOUCETTE 67 years old of Aubrey St. is charged with Assault and Dangerous Driving. He is to attend court on the 10th of Feb.
