On the 1st of Jan. during the early morning hours it is alleged that a male refused to leave a restaurant on Lakeshore Dr.
Csts. Steve Taylor and Steven Chabbert received the call and attended the location in question. As they tried to arrest him, he resisted and when searched he was found to be in possession of a large hunting knife.
A 20-year-old North Bay resident from Marshall Park Dr. is charged with Assault to Resist Arrest and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
He is scheduled to appear in court on the 17th of Feb.
