East Ferris woman charged with driving while under suspension

North Bay – On December 27th, 2008, a report of a vehicle that had been involved in an earlier motor vehicle collision was located shortly after 9:30 p.m.

The driver, Shannon Rose SAGER, 37 years old, of East Ferris Township, Ontario, was charged with Fail to Comply with Undertaking or Recognizance, s. 145(3) of the Criminal Code; Start from parked position - not in safety, s.142 (2) of the Highway Traffic Act; Driving while under suspension, s. 53 of the HTA.

SAGER is scheduled to appear for court in North Bay on January 6th, 2009.
