REGISTER IN ADVANCE FOR CAPTURING TIME: KIDS EARLY CELEBRATION OF NEW YEARS!
Registration is expected to fill up quickly for the Museum school holiday Programming on December 30th, 2008. The 2 hour program will take place at the museum, from 10:00am to 12pm. Children aged 5-12 are invited to participate.
During the morning, children will take part in a discussion of New Years. Children will learn about the history surrounding New Years, traditions, and how other cultures celebrate.
We will be also doing crafts with the children, including making their own time capsule. We will also be playing New Years themed games, where the children can apply what they learned. A small snack and drink will also be provided for the celebration.
DATE – December 30th, 2008 school holiday
TIME – 10AM to 12PM
LOCATION – Discovery North Bay Museum
AGES – Children aged 5 – 12 are invited to participate.
