Two city men charged with theft

On the 23rd of Dec. at approximately 3 PM it is alleged that two young men attended a retailer within the Northgate Mall and stole a 40” LCD TV from the store. It is further alleged that one of the suspects was wearing an article of clothing similar to employees at the time.

Later at 10 PM it is further alleged that the two suspects returned and were in the process of attempting to steal another large television set in the same manner.
This time the security apprehended them and called the North Bay Police.

Cst. Dan Robertson attended and arrested two individuals.
Both charged with Theft Under and Possession of Stolen Property and are to attend court at a later date.
