The first ever A Llama for Christmas Benefit Concert for the North Bay Food Bank was a great success.

Although the temperatures hovered near -30 degrees, there was a steady-crowd from 6PM until 10PM for the Friday evening concert at Veritasse Coffee Bar. In total, we raised $420, coupled with the profits from the Nourish North Bay concert bringing the tally to over $1,000 raised by local musicians since November 1st.

Andrew Morrison and Racheal Costello, owners of Llama Clothing, ended the evening by auctioning off five exclusive Llama items to the highest bidder, with all money raised going to the Food Bank.

The evening was entirely volunteer based and none of the performers were paid but rather gave their time and their talent towards this worthy cause.

Kurtis St-Louis, Leah Olivia Oliveira, Josh Dimmel, Dean Violette, Cody Allen, Ben Dick, Yer Blues and Killing Caparosa and Llama Clothing all helped to make this event a success.
