Snow heavy at times today and tonight with 15 to 25 centimetres likely.

A low pressure over Missouri will move northeast over southern Ontario tonight. Snow heavy at times will continue today and tonight. 15 to 25 centimetres are likely in these areas by Wednesday morning.

Travellers should be prepared for dangerous winter driving conditions and allow extra time to reach their destination.

Snow beginning tonight and ending Tuesday night. 20 to 25 centimetres are likely.

A developing low pressure area emerging from Kansas today will move towards the Great Lakes tonight. Snow ahead of this system will begin later this evening and tonight and become heavy at times Tuesday. Snow will continue throughout the day Tuesday into Tuesday night. Upwards of 20 to 25 centimetres are likely in these areas by overnight Tuesday night.

Another significant snow storm for the central Great Lakes beginning tonight.

This is an alert to the potential development of dangerous winter weather conditions in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements.

A developing low pressure area emerging from Kansas today will make a bee-line towards the central Great Lakes tonight. A burgeoning swath of snow will develop across the Algoma - Nickel Belt later this evening into the overnight hours and continue throughout the day Tuesday into Tuesday night. Significant amounts of snow are expected across portions of central Ontario especially in the Sudbury to North Bay regions. Upwards of 20 to 25 centimetres are quite likely in these areas by overnight Tuesday night.

Environment Canada will continue to watch this developing system and issue warnings as deemed appropriate. A winter storm warning or snowfall warning may be issued later today.
