City man charged with impaired

On the 7th of Dec. during the early morning hours it is alleged that a man drove while impaired to a residence within the city. It is further alleged that this same male then was looking into a window when Csts. Helen Boissonneault and Steve Taylor arrived. This male had been continuously harassing a female person within the home.

Brent JOHNSON 52 years old of Nipissing St. is charged with Criminal Harassment and Impaired Driving as well as Having Over 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood in his system.

He is to attend court on the 20th of Jan.
