A number of youths charged

North Bay Police Constable Greg Dix investigated the theft of a Chev Pickup stolen from Premier Road on Oct 25, 2008 after it was recovered abandoned at the old Marsh Drive Landfill site. A 16-year-old male was arrested in the vicinity and charged.

On December 2nd 3rd Cst. Dix arrested two more males, one aged 16 and charged him with Theft under $5000.00, &, Trespass by Night, and the other 17-year-old and charged him with Possession of Stolen Property & Mischief. Both were released with a court date of January 21, 2009.
