City woman charged with assault police

On the 2nd of Dec. during the late afternoon hours Csts. Randy Adair and Bill Gainforth of the North Bay Police attended a residence in North Bay in order to speak to a person.

The officers were investigating a complaint of harassment.
As the officers spoke to a woman she began being assaultive with them and had to be arrested.

A 30 year old of Cassells St. woman is charged with Assault Police and Criminal Harassment. She is being held in custody for a bail hearing.
