Maureen Boldt, author will present “Access to Justice Act” and what it means to you!

After receiving commitments from several educational institutions, printing and promotional companies, several business leaders and local organizations, Maureen Boldt presented the nuts and bolts for the Access to Justice Act.

ACCESS TO JUSTICE ACT
(What should you know)

HOW:

• How to publish, while sharing her story in the release of Paralegal Services in Ontario – available in book and CD versions.

• She will share her many years of experience as a Paralegal, City Councilor and champion of the underdog by presenting a free Seminar.

• Develop a portal to provide information and communication www.paralegaltextbook.com to assist “The contents of this book are well organized and well presented, being both readable and informative” Ian McLean, MA. (Oxon), LL.B.

• Develop a plan to share with all Ontarians– through Canadian buy bestsellers and bargains at Chapters Indigo. Canada’s biggest bookstores with locations across the country including Toronto, Halifax, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary and more.

• Follow-up program though public speaking, presenting to educational groups, instructors and key consumer agencies.

WHO:

• Students – interested in the Criminal System

• Those involved in Small Claims Matters

• Those with Landlord and Tenant Matters

• Those involved in Provincial Offence Matters

• Those involved in Criminal Court Matters

• Those that want to know they are informed and protected with information

• Those that want to start an independent Paralegal Business

WHY:

• To give back to the community that I love, 10% of all book sales to go to The Learning Library at Canadore/Nipissing

• Help educate, share my knowledge to help individuals protect themselves by providing the correct tools, knowledge is power.

• Provide a textbook to be used in the school system aiding in educating Paralegals, Law clerks Native Court Workers and Police foundation students for our future.

• Encourage existing legal institutions to expand and develop services for the public

• Develop a more diverse economy
