AGES – Children aged 7 – 12 are invited to participate.
COST - $25 Members
$30 Non Members
Parents or guardians registering 2 children or more receive a 20% discount.

Registration is now open Museum Kid’s Club PD Day Programming on November 10th, 2008. The full day program will take place at the museum. Children aged 7-12 are invited to participate.
The Kid’s Club PD Day theme is “Remembrance”. Kids will be wowed by special guest Captain Doug Newman, an air force officer with over 30 years service overseas and across Canada. Over the past 18 years Captain Newman has spoken to more than 30 000 children and adults about the meaning of Remembrance Day and the contributions and sacrifices of Canadians in the wars. In 1998, Captain Newman was selected by the Department of National Defence as a Wing Heritage Officer, one of a dozen people handpicked across Canada to teach our country's military history to the Canadian public.
The day will be full of fun, educational activities focused on the theme of Remembrance Day. As a group, we will create a wreath to be presented at Memorial Park in honour of Remembrance Day.
All activities are staff supervised. Children are asked to bring a nut free lunch and snacks, and appropriate clothing for indoor and outdoor excursions.
