On the 24th of Oct. during the morning hours Cst. Scott Buchanan of the North Bay Police Service arrested a 15 year old male in relation to an alleged assault the previous day.
It is alleged that a 15 year old male was walking through a trail area near Circle Lake and was attacked by another young male teenager. The victim suffered punches and kicks to the face and received a fractured nose.
The attacker is scheduled to attend court on the 10th of Dec.
