On the 25th of Oct. at approximately 1 AM Cst. Greg Dix of the North Bay Police Service attended a parking lot in the 300 block of Lakeshore Dr. and arrested a male person.
It is alleged that this male was responsible for threatening another person via a text message. The individual was also not to attend a particular address and was in breach of this condition.
Brandon COLNAR 21 years old of Shannon Av. is charged with 2 counts of Uttering Threats and Breach of an Undertaking. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
