North Bay man caught in violation of his bail

A 39-YEAR-OLD man, out on bail conditions for Charges of Assault Causing Bodily Harm, is again in custody and going to court this morning for a bail hearing following his arrest October 16 for Driving While Disqualified.

It is alleged the accused, also on Probation since June 2007, for several criminal offences was observed driving a motor vehicle while prohibited from driving, in the company of a female that he was prohibited from communicating with, both violations of conditions of his bail release April 2008, and probation order, from June 2007

Upon his arrest he was found to be in possession prescription drugs belonging to someone else, also violations of his Probation and Bail orders.

Shawn Gregory McNaueal, of Golf Course Road, North Bay is charged with Driving While Disqualified, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Breach of Recognizance (2 counts), and Breach of Probation (3 counts).
