North Bay Police Constable Matt Parker is investigating a Break and Enter at a local retail shop on Sheriff Avenue which occurred sometime prior to 1030 pm October 13, 2008.

Thieves broke the lock and beat in a door to gain entry. They then attacked the safe on the premises and were unsuccessful in gaining entry. Thieves then left empty handed through a back door. Police have no suspects at this time and the investigation is continuing.
