On the 7th of October at approximately 1:30PM, D/Cst. Denis Levasseur of the North Bay Police Service received a complaint from a local business that allegedly a male had
fraudulently purchased a large quantity of material.
Joseph NIMENS, 37 years old of Rockey Shore Rd. in Callander is charged with Fraud Under $5000.00 and is being held in custody for a bail hearing.
