On the 20th of September at approximately 9:00AM, Cst. Alain Bedard of the North Bay Police Service attended a Clarence St. residence and arrested a male for allegedly pulling a knife and threatening the life of the victim after a verbal altercation.

Francois GAGNON, 23 years old of Clarence St. is charged with Threatening and Weapons Dangerous and will attend court at a later date.
