North Bay - On Friday, September 13th, an OPP officer from the Highway Safety Division was conducting routine traffic patrol when a vehicle was pulled over as a result of a traffic violation on Hwy 17, west of North Bay.

The traffic violation resulted in Natasha Y. AYLES, 24 years old, of Sudbury, Ontario being charged with Over 80 – Operate (or Care or Control) – Motor Vehicle, under s. 253(b) of the Criminal Code. AYLES is scheduled to appear for court in North Bay on October 21st, 2008.

Just minutes before, another OPP officer with the Highway Safety Division pulled over a vehicle as a result of a traffic violation on Highway 11/17 bypass in the city of North Bay. The driver, 18 years old, had been drinking and had their license suspended for 12 hours.
