On the 24th of August at approximately 6:30PM, Cst. Tom Robertson of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male after observing him riding a stolen bicycle.
Michael KUNKEL, 24 years old is charged with Possession of Stolen Property, Mischief X2 and Possession of Drugs. He will attend court at a later date.
