Eviction leads to assault charges

On the 8th of August at approximately 10:30PM, Csts. Scott Berry, Joe Whitehead and Vince Corrente responded to an incident on Little Down Lane where the victim was attempting to evict a male off his property. The male became enraged and threw a wine glass at the victim, which struck him in his head and caused a laceration. The victim required medical attention.

Peter ROY, 39 years old of Little Down Lane is charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and was released with court at a later date.
