North Bay man charged for possessing stolen property

North Bay OPP and the North East Region Rural and Agricultural Crime Team (RACT) have arrested a North Bay man for possession of stolen property.

Investigation led police to a North Bay residence where numerous items were recovered. The items recovered included a 2007 Honda ATV, 2000 Suzuki 250R Dirt Bike, 2006 Yamaha 9.9 outboard motor and a Honda 5500 generator.

A 23 years old North Bay, man has been charged with three counts of Possession of Stolen Property Over $5,000 and two counts of Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000. He is scheduled to appear for court in North Bay on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008.
