Wahnapitae - Members of the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Section (Project “P”), the OPP Sudbury Detachment in conjunction with the Greater Sudbury Police Service Cyber Crime Unit, have arrested and charged a Wahnapitae man following a child pornography investigation.
On Thursday, July 24, 2008, officers from the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Section (Project “P”) searched a Wahnapitae residence where they seized a computer system believed to contain images of child sexual abuse (Child Pornography).
On Thursday , July 24, 2008, police arrested and charged Henry RABIEJ, 56 years old with one count of possessing child pornography and one count of making available child pornography. The accused was scheduled to appear for a bail hearing on July 24, 2008 in Sudbury, Ontario.
The investigation is continuing.
