Motorists are advised to take a different route if traveling into the downtown core as one of the major intersections is closed following a major water main break this morning.
City crews are on site where Algonquin, Worthington and Commercial Streets all meet up, where the main burst lifting the pavement about an inch or so.
The closure is expected to be in effect for the majority of the day Friday until the repairs are complete.
