On the 12th of July at approximately 7:00AM, Csts. Anthony Corrente and Christian Elia of the North Bay Police Service went to a radio call of a suspicious male lying across the Kate Pace Pathway. The officers went and checked on the well being of the male at which time the male allegedly stated he was not moving and began swinging his fists and fighting with the officers.

Lance BROCKLEBANK, 36 years old of no fixed address is charged with assault police and assault with intent to resist arrest. He was held in custody for a bail hearing
