An OPP officer was conducting RIDE spot checks at the intersection of Highway 94 and Pinewood Park Drive in Callander, Ontario on Tuesday, July 8th, 2008, when further investigation lead to the arrest of a North Bay man.

Donald SIZE, 47 years old, of North Bay, Ontario was charged with Over 80 – Operate (or Care or Control) – Motor Vehicle, under s. 253(b) of the Criminal Code.

SIZE is scheduled to appear for court in North Bay on August 19th, 2008.
