Members Ontario Provincial Police Child Sexual Exploitation Section (Project “P”) and E-Crime Section in conjunction with members of the North Bay Police Service have charged a 46 year old North Bay man following a 2 wk long Child Pornography investigation.
On 13 June 2008 police executed a search warrant on a residence and seized one desktop computer believed to containing images of child sexual abuse.
Police arrested and charged Fred Joseph MORIN, 46 years, of North Bay with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography along with one count of Making available Child Pornography. The accused is scheduled for a bail hearing on Jun 16 , 2008 in North Bay, Ontario.
The investigation is continuing.
