Police seek public's assistance in ATV accident

The North Bay Police Service would like some assistance in solving the following incident.

It was reported to our Service that on the 10th of June at approximately 10 PM a homeowner in the 1100 block of Tower Dr. heard 2 ATVs trespassing on his property. The owner made his way to Lees Rd. in an attempt to identify the trespassers.

As he attempted to flag the drivers down he was struck by one of the machines knocking him to the ground. The victim attended the North Bay Hospital , was treated and released.

Cst. Steve Sproule of our Service is the investigating officer and believes the drivers to be 16 to 18 years old.
