Local man charged with criminal harassment

Officers from North Bay Police are investigating an allegation that a 29-year-old male had been harassing a female continuously during the month of April 2008.

Justin Baumgardner of Sandra Ave in North Bay is charged with Criminal Harassment and is being held for a bail hearing.
