Another person charged following youth party

D/Cst. McFarlane, of North Bay Police Street Crime Unit has charged yet another male with Assault Causing Bodily Harm, in a separate fight in the north end of the City after a youth party in the bush by the old North Bay water reservoir, following his arrest April 25th.

William Michael Joseph Nopper, 18-years –old of First Avenue West, in the City is charged and released with a with court date of June 03, 2008.
