Callander man charged with assault

On April 18, at approximately 9:00 PM, it is alleged that a 24-year-old male punched an acquaintance in the mouth, causing minor injuries, during an argument at the residence of a friend.

The victim required attention at emergency for a cut to the inside of his lip.

On April 19th at 11:45 AM, Andrew David, of Rivers Road East in Callander was arrested and is charged with Assault and Breach of Probation.
