A select group of students from Chippewa Secondary School recently had the opportunity to tour the facilities at the North Bay Fur Harvesters Auction on Bond Street.

Teacher Tyler Kidd says tour was very helpful to the students’ studies as they had a chance to learn a lot about how Canada’s oldest industry functions in the modern world.

“International business was the topic at hand before we went to the auction house,” notes Kidd.

“The tour went well and the kids had a chance to learn a lot about how the Harvester's Auction functions and just how international it is.”
