Wildcats score big bragging rights

The students at Widdifield Secondary School on Ski Club Road have just completed a very busy but truly successful Winter Sports Season.

The Wildcats managed to clinch five (5) NDA titles, and so proud of their efforts they gathered in the school gym to demonstrate their spirit.

The school now adds the following banners to their bragging rights:

NDA Curling
NDA NOSSA OFSAA Alpine Skiing
NDA NOSSA OFSAA Nordic Skiing
NDA Jr. Girls Volleyball
NDA Sr. Girls Volleyball
East West Spirit

As well two (2) Wildcats have been invited to Ontario Winter Games for Wrestling

Regional Musicfest Competition in Sudbury Silver & Gold Junior and Senior Band

Plus the school was recently ranked highest among ALL secondary schools in the district (Public, Catholic, and French) in academic achievement by the Fraser Institute on Educational Research.
