Bad phone manners leads to charges

On the 4th of March at approximately it is alleged that a father took the cell phone away from his 14 year old son for disciplinary reasons.

In reaction to this the male youth began punching holes in the walls of the home and also picked up a small table and began to smash things within the home. At one time he struck the father with a piece of the table.

Csts. Andre Berube and Christian Elia of the North Bay Police were called and arrested the youth in question. He was charged with Assault With a Weapon, Mischief, Breach and was held for a bail hearing.
