13-year-old charged with assault

On the 21st of Feb. during the afternoon hours it is alleged that as a senior grade school male youth was walking home, he was attacked by another similar aged male youth. The victim fell to the ground breaking his arm.

This was reported to the North Bay Police and Det. Cst. Larry Asselin of our School Liaison Unit investigated the incident and arrested a male youth in relation to this incident.

This 13 year old male attacker is charged with Assault Bodily Harm and was turned over to his parents. He is to attend court at a later date.
