South River - On Tuesday February 19, 2008, members of the Joint Forces Drug Unit, which is comprised of the Ontario Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Section and the North Bay Police Service, conducted a vehicle stop on Highway 11 in South River.

As a result of the inspection 151 grams of cocaine, $815 cash, a lock blade knife and the vehicle were seized. The potential street value of the drugs seized is $15,100.
